Hotel is on a busy street so it’s loud. Please note, AC is off in winter even though the room is still hot. When I asked to change rooms because mine was too loud and hot, the front desk guy told me they are fully booked yet the next morning there was no one at breakfast and the new front desk guy said the hotel is NOT fully booked. So sadly, the hotel service is questionable. If I’m back in Setif, I would pick a different hotel next time since there are so many!

Excellent hôtel situated in Setif's Central Business District. Very near the tramway. Clean rooms, professional team , welcome staff at reception and good restaurant. Nice, rich breakfast and buffet dinner. I love this hotel! I highly recommend it.

Very good provincial hotel in the center of town. Staff are friendly and service minded. Rooms are compact but modern and clean. There is a gym with weights and some machines open 24 hours. Free WIFI works well as long as you remove your VPN. Note that some rooms will hear the call to prayer from the mosque and others the sound of planes and the rumbling of the pram so I would advise bringing ear plugs. You can’t change the setting for air conditioning or heating yourself as it’s set centrally. But the staff will come and adjust it for you if you ask. Best is the food in the restaurant. They have a terrific dinner buffet which includes loads of salads, hot dishes and Algerian dessert samplers. Vegetarians will be very happy. The breakfast buffet was also good despite it being Ramadan with hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, salad, cereal and fruits and fruit salad on offer.

We spent two nights here. Our comfortable room included a large king bed, spacious desk, large modern bathroom, fridge and a kettle. We faced the busy street, but the room was quiet for sleeping. The neighborhood is very pleasant, with attractions like the museum, mall, fountain, and amusement park just a few minutes walk away. Breakfast was terrific, with many options including delicious scrambled eggs and a lovely, spicy vegetable dish. The staff is most gracious. It took several hours to have working wi-fi, but the manager eventually took charge and wi-fi worked fine after that. We did manage to take advantage of the gym, which has a variety of weights, in addition to other equipment. Missing was the multi-use machine, but we made do without it.

Hotel très bien situé dans le centre ville de Setif. Le tram passe devant et possibilité de se garer gratuitement derrière l hôtel. Accueil sympathique et check in tres rapide. Nous avons pris une chambre triple pour un couple + 1 ado. La chambre est de taille correcte (1 lit double + 1 lit simple). La clim fonctionne très bien. Le frigo est rempli de boissons incluses dans le prix de la chambre (eau, soda et jus). Par contre aucune chaîne française sur la télé, seulement des chaînes arabes. La salle de bain est un peu petite et met à dispo juste le nécessaire, à savoir 2 minis gel douche, 2 minis shampoings et 2 savons. La vue donne sur une voie de chemin de fer. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et le personnel très sympathique. Pour résumé : très bon hôtel sur Setif, nous reviendrons.

Hotel très très propre. Chambre communicante 410 et 411. Très spacieuse. Nous y sommes allés en octobre 2023 avec une moquette à l'entrée des chambres sale. Tout à été fait à neuf. Un grand merci au personnel pour votre accueil, aux dames de ménage pour votre professionnalisme . Petit déjeuner au top.

Hotel surchauffée, impossible d'éteindre le chauffage, climatisation HS, impossible de dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte ve la gare de tram juste en face, une mascarade malgré nos demandes répétés rien n'a été fait, le lendemain obligé de reprendre un hôtel pour dormir la journée, un hôtel à fuir absolument, c'est plutôt un hôtel 2 étoiles, je ne recommande absolument pas.
